Here are some pictures of the headpiece so far. It still needs some more painting, along with a few other adjustments. The hat consists of a large white bucket and top, paper, oil and acrylic paint, cardboard, glue and tape.
Maxine Thirteen is a self-taught, St. Louis based artist with a background in fine and graphic art. She has been creating and selling custom artwork since she was 14 years old. She has provided a variety of artistic services to individuals and businesses in the St. Louis area, and has also worked with clients across the U.S. and beyond.
